The Croatian international is officially a Juventus player.

The continued vision of Beppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici has been to not only build Juventus into a strong team for the present time, but also one that can continue to grow and be sustainable going into the future. That means having a strong backbone, one that will include young players full of potential growing up as players alongside one another as they approach the prime of their careers.

It's time to officially include Marko Pjaca in that group.

At last, at last, the Pjaca-to-Juventus deal is signed, sealed and delivered. Pjaca, one of the bright young 20-somethings in Europe, has taken his medical exams and finalized his €23 million move to Juventus from Dinamo Zagreb, it was announced on Thursday. Pjaca, now a teammate with Mario Mandzukic for both club and country, has put pen to paper on a five-year contract that will keep him in Turin through the 2020-21 season.

Just 21 years old, Pjaca has emerged as one of the most promising wide attackers in Europe, especially coming off an excellent stint at Euro 2016 with Croatia. He was much sought-after, with AC Milan and Napoli chasing him, as well as a handful of other teams around Europe all trying to get him.

He brings pace, skill, and drive to a Juventus attack that could always use more of all three. He's versatile enough to play on either wing, and skilled enough to play a variety of roles out wide. That's a valuable thing for Juventus to have, and he's going to be a welcome addition to the club because of it.

Welcome to Juventus, Marko. Feel free to continue to do good things. Hopefully those result in continued good things for the new team that you will be playing for next season.

After days of hearing about decisive days and decisions being made, Dinamo Zagreb winger Marko Pjaca has decided upon his future. That's not just because his Facebook page has been updated with a goodbye message for his Dinamo supporters. It's also due to the fact that yards of folks are lined up outside the walls of JMedical wanting to get their first in-person look of the latest Juventus acquisition.

Yes, today can be considered #PjacaDay.

And with that comes Pjaca undergoing wearing the usual questionable fasion choices as he is undergoing his medical examinations. There will be a contract signing afterward because it always seems to work that way with these kinds of things. That will mean that Pjaca's signing, one that will reportedly cost Juventus €22 million, will be completed and the latest young talent will be added to a roster that is already brimming with quality talent in their early- or mid-20s.

Ah, now that's a good tweet. I like good tweets. I don't like bad tweets. Juventus' Twitter account has lots of good tweets. And when it comes to signing good players, the tweets are usually good. (I'll stop with this train of thought now.)

Pjaca's arrival will add to an already impressive haul by Beppe Marotta, Fabio Paratici and the rest of the Juventus management team. Just think about the four signings they have made this summer — Miralem Pjanic, Dani Alves, Medhi Benatia and now Pjaca — and they're all players who will add something that Juventus were in need of. And when it comes to Pjaca, name the last time Juventus has signed a 21-year-old winger with a significant amount of upside like they've just brought in?

Forget all of the transfer rumors going on for just a couple of minutes and appreciate with Juventus has been able to accomplish this summer. When it comes to the incoming players, it's been pretty damn good if you ask me.

As he has already said to the masses, Marko Pjaca's last game for Dinamo Zagreb will be on Wednesday night. He outlined it about as simple as it gets, really. He'll play Wednesday, then move to what he has called "his preferred club."

And that club, as we've come to find out, is Juventus.

With his Dinamo adventure coming to an end Wednesday, it is now widely expected that Pjaca's Thursday will be spent in Turin as he finalizes his move to Juventus. That means, well, that Juve have concluded yet another quality piece of business for a rising talent well before the season gets underway. Essentially, Juventus just gonna keep being Juventus.

After a long negotiation, Marko Pjaca is on the verge of joining Juventus. The talented striker born in '95 showcased his talents at the recent Euro, he's now expected in Italy on Thursday. Juventus is closing the deal with Dinamo Zagreb in these hours on the basis of €22/23 million, Pjaca is expected to sign a five year deal with the bianconeri. Pjaca is waiting to start the next chapter of his career in Serie A.

(Source: Gianluca Di Marzio)

As we've said before, the Pjaca deal finally getting done will put an end to the on again, off again rumors that seemed to surround things for the better part of Croatia's run at Euro 2016. One day it was Milan, the next Juventus. Throw in a third or fourth team in there and everything being put out by the Italian press was seemingly contradicting itself from one day to the next. (Not that it should be any kind of surprise because it's the Italian press, after all.)

But now Pjaca joins Dani Alves, Medhi Benatia and Miralem Pjanic — say those names back-to-back five times fast if you want — as Juve's summer acquisitions that have only made this club that much better. And if they can get through the months of July and August without anything major heading out the exit door, then this squad will be pretty damn complete, if you ask me. It's been a pretty good summer so far, don't you think?

While we all eagerly await the word of any potential developments regarding Gonzalo Higuain's future at Napoli, reports out of Italy are suggesting that Juventus have secured the services of another offensive playmaker for next season.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Juventus and Pjaca's current employer, Dynamo Zagreb have reached an agreement on a deal that will see the 21-year-old Croatian make his way to Turin this summer. With the reported conclusion of the deal, Pjaca would be set to take medicals at some point next week. The rumored price tag to bring Pjaca to Turin has been in the region of €20 million to €22 million depending on what source in the Italian media you read.

Here's more, courtesy of Sky Sport Italia's Gianluca Di Marzio:

Juventus has locked into Marko Pjaca from Dinamo Zagreb and does not appear willing to let him go. The sides continue to work on the deal, which is moving forward and could close on Monday or Tuesday. Pjaca appears set to join Juventus for next season.

If this is truly the finish line being reached, it will end what has been an interesting couple of weeks of rumors where Juventus went head-to-head with Milan. One day it was Milan in the, the next with Juve holding the advantage. But word coming down earlier this week where Juventus were closing in on a deal for Pjaca squashed any kind of fears that they could lose out on a player they've clearly targeted as a must have this summer.

Now we wait final word as to when this deal will be done and delivered. Maybe we will have another reason to pay attention to Juventus' website besides video of Paulo Dybala and Alex Sandro playing with kangaroos on the tour of Australia. That sure would be nice, wouldn't it?

When it comes to Juventus' reported pursuit of Marko Pjaca, there has been the same kind of situation repeating it for the better part of the last week or two. First Juventus lead in the race to sign the young Croatian, then Milan do. Juventus leads, then Milan leads. Throw in a "Pjaca might make his decision tomorrow" along with both teams supposedly leading the race and we have a trifecta of transfer rumor gold that would have you losing your mind in relatively short order.

Sunday, however, didn't just bring us the Euro 2016 final. It delivered us the word of this little piece to the puzzle where Pjaca could very well come to choose the location of where he's playing his football next season.

So, if this is true, Juventus are more than just the leader in the clubhouse when it comes to signing Pjaca. Reporting the fact that Milan can only hope something gets screwed up in Juventus' negotiations is a relatively direct way in saying that things have gone in a positive kind of direction.

Does this mean there could be actually news soon? Who the heck knows. For all we know the shoe could be on the other foot when the late-night transfer reports come out as Monday is close to turning into Tuesday and Milan is suddenly thinking they have a legit chance to sign Pjaca once again.

The one thing — we've been hearing "tomorrow is a decisive day" for pretty much the last week straight. Maybe the next 24 hours will truly be decisive and Juventus will come away with another piece to add to its Croatian contingent. Or maybe we'll just be sitting here as morning arrives in Italy thinking the same thing we have had float through our heads a lot lately when it comes to Pjaca-related items. "Yeah, and they said something is actually going to happen tomorrow? What a bust."
