Here we go again, folks.
We come to you, on the latest podcast episode, after Juventus has dropped points when they were winning in the second half and shouldn’t have dropped points.
This is becoming a theme here this season.
If you can tell, we’re really have fun with it. And why wouldn’t we? Don’t you like seeing your favorite club doing the same kind of thing week-in and week-out to drop points and subsequently see the gap between the top five or six spots in the table and the one that wears black and white stripes become bigger and bigger with each passing week.
This is the hole that Juventus has dug itself into through the first four Serie A matchups this season. (Sidenote: IT’S ONLY BEEN FOUR GAMES?! Jesus.)
So what did we have to say after Juventus’ latest and not-very-greatest game in which they went out, got a first-half lead and then ended up dropping points? Maybe a little more positivity than you were thinking, but also there’s plenty of frustration building up based on the situation Juventus can’t seem to get itself out of right now.
Ah, that Malmö win ... so long ago.
On this week’s episode of The Old Lady Speaks Podcast, we discuss:
- BLOG NEWS! BLOG NEWS!
- Thoughts on Juventus’ 1-1 draw against AC Milan, the third game this season in which Juventus has thrown away a lead and dropped points because of it.
- How Juve’s first four games of the 2021-22 season have already put themselves in a massive hole when it comes the Serie A standings.
- Can Juventus stabilize this thing in short order to hopefully start to work its way up the table?
- Twitter questions!
