The Old Lady Speaks Podcast, Episode 31: Deuces, 2020!

New, comments

We take a look back at the year that was, and the year that a lot of us would like to forget as much as possible.

We can all agree on this statement: 2020 sucked.

Luckily for us, there are only a few short hours left in 2020, which means we all get to do our best to try and put this dumpster fire of a year behind us and try to get things going in a better direction come the month of January 2021.

Because this holiday break was short, we, the loyal Old Lady Speaks Podcast crew, tried to take one final look back at 2020 and all the good and bad that came along with it. (Hint: There was probably more bad than good because, well, it was 2020 and Juventus’ form hasn’t been all that great even with another Scudetto coming to town.)

On this week’s episode of The Old Lady Speaks, we discuss:

  • The year 2020 — your thoughts?
  • What were some of our best Juventus moments of 2020.
  • Who do we think was Juventus’ player during 2020.
  • Some of the most memorable moments of 2020.
  • Since there’s been plenty of other Juve things going on during the last couple of weeks, we finally get a chance to discuss the Champions League Round of 16 draw and what we think of the Portuguese opposition in FC Porto.
