This isn’t the first transfer window in which Adrien Rabiot has been linked with a move to Juventus. Not even the second, third or fourth, honestly. This is a road we’ve been down before, with nothing really progressing past the “interest” and “conversation” stage.
Until now.
What has developed quickly over the past week, all signs point toward Rabiot giving the final go-ahead to become a Juventus player at some point next month. That is what Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio has reported on Monday night, with Rabiot reportedly close to giving Juventus his final “Yes” answer in terms of joining the club this summer.
According to Di Marzio, that final answer could come as soon as Tuesday, with Rabiot likely to sign his contract with Juventus shortly after the expiration of his current deal with Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the month, maybe even on July 1.

So many of Juventus’ deals have been close to being done for days, if not weeks, now. The beginning of July will likely result in a lot of business being completed — and it’s looking like Rabiot will be one of the names that Juve is announcing as their summer transfer campaign gets officially started with the announcement of new signings.
Rabiot, who turned 24 years old back in April, has been bound to leave PSG for months now. The only thing is that his next destination has been relatively unknown recently. Then the rush of talk about Juventus signing him happened — and that’s all that has dominated Juve’s non-Matthijs de Ligt transfer rumors for the past week.
Rabiot is expected to sign a contract worth €7 million with a signing bonus believed to be in the €10 million range and will be the second midfielder to arrive in Turin this summer on a Bosman alongside Aaron Ramsey, who signed with Juventus back in mid-February.
