1111111It’s official, my friends.

The second half of the 2017-18 Serie A season is officially upon us. All of the other 18 teams have played their first league game of January already, with only Juventus and Cagliari left to round out the schedule before everybody heads off to sunny beaches and other wonderfully-expensive vacation resorts as Serie A takes a break for a few weeks.

And there would be nothing better than to start the holiday break off with than knowing that Juventus only continued to do what it has done since the last week of November.

That would be to win, and look relatively good doing so.

Juventus’ form guide in all competitions ever since the Nov. 19 loss to Sampdoria is starting to look pretty nice:

They’ve beaten everybody who they should beat, played big in big games against the top-of-the-table teams in Serie A and gotten to the Round of 16 of the Champions League and the semifinals of the Coppa Italia over that span.

Now, with a nice break looming just 90 minutes of game time away, facing a team that is just a few small points out of the relegation zone seems like the perfect opportunity to add another ‘W’ onto the string of wins listed above.

So, yeah, here’s your chance to do just that, Juventus.

Nobody wants to be sitting on a terrible result — or overall performance as a team, for that matter — for the next two weeks. Don’t make that happen, okay?
