Things are happening quickly. Very quickly. While there have been unverified reports of a potential rift between Leonardo Bonucci and management all summer, it seemed like those were just stories to sell papers, and that Leo would be with us for a long time. It no longer seems like Leo will be with us for a long time.
As much as it will pain many to see, Bonucci has arrived in Milan today to sign his loaded up contract (even though he signed a new Juventus one a few months ago, but I digress), and join his new team. Gianluca Di Marzio has gathered pictures of Leo arriving in Milan.

As you can see, he’s greeted with quite the warm reception. Milan fans are thrilled by this move, as they should be. They’re getting a great defender to add to an already improving defense core. They’re clearly looking for instant results, and Bonucci is a guy that can certainly contribute to those.
Di Marzio is also reporting that the transfer fee will be €40 million plus €2 million in bonuses.
