A few days removed from a mid-week shutout against Cagliari, Juventus heads south for this weekend’s trip to Palermo.
The Italian champions are back on top of Serie A where they belong after a 4-0 victory over Cagliari. Juve’s match against Palermo is the first of three away matches in eight days. It’ll be a grueling stretch for the club, and a strong showing at the start will give them confidence heading into a Champions League clash against Dinamo Zagreb.
Juve has won eight consecutive league matches against Palermo, without conceding a goal. And Palermo has yet to score at home this season in league play, losing 1-0 to Sassuolo and 3-0 to Napoli. They’ve never lost the first three home league matches in a season, something Juve aims to change.
