Alexis Sanchez won't be leaving north London any time soon. Juventus director general Giuseppe Marotta confirmed he has been told by Arsenal that Sanchez is not for sale this summer.

"Sanchez is a great player, but Arsenal told us they have no intention of selling," Marotta told Chilean newspaper El Mercurio, as translated by the Evening Standard. "Arsenal said that the Chilean attacker is non-transferable and that he is not on the market."

The Italian champions along with German giants Bayern Munich were reportedly interested in signing Sanchez.

Sanchez scored 16 goals in 35 league games in his first season for the Gunners. He followed that with 13 goals last season as Arsenal finished second in the Premier League.

Sanchez was listed as Juve's No. 1 target to replace Àlvaro Morata, according to Sky Italia transfer reporter Gianluca DI Marzio. He also outlined six other targets: Edinson Cavani, Romelu Lkaku, Mario Götze, Keita Baldé and Michy Batshuayi.
