The international break is finally over, which means Juventus is finally back. This is great, because an international break this far away from a major tournament is just brutal.
Our first game back is against Udinese this Saturday at Juventus Stadium. It’ll be weird watching Udinese without Antonio Di Natale with them. Juve will be looking to extend their winning streak to five games in all competitions. This is your reminder to set your fantasy lineups.
Before the break, Juve steamrolled over Empoli with relative ease, taking them out 3-0, in a game where the scoreline could have been even higher. It was a good game that didn’t see us lose anyone to injury, which is always nice.
Over the break, Mario Mandzukic impressed for Croatia with a hat-trick against Kosovo, and the only goal in a 1-0 win over Finland. Marko Pjaca also reportedly picked up a knock, but it seems as if it’s not as serious as initially reported.
BWRAO’s favourite midfielder, Claudio Marchisio, could also reportedly be available for selection for this weekend’s game, so he is included in the vote. It felt good to finally be able to write his name in there.
Not too much else to report. Minus Daniele Rugani and Kwadwo Asamoah who are still injured, you and Max Allegri will have pretty close to a fresh and healthy squad to choose from. Keep in mind that Juve have an away game against Lyon coming up on Tuesday to conclude the first half of the Champions League group stage, and an away game against Milan next Saturday.
All things considered, who would you like to see start on Saturday? Vote below! The results will be posted, as well as a few different takes on the lineup, including my own.
Remember, this is not what you expect the lineup to be, this is what you would do or what you would like to see.
