Now we can officially say that all that's needed for Rolando Mandragora to become a Juventus player is for the young midfielder to actually put his signature on his brand new contract with the Italian champions.

Sky Sport Italia's Gianluca Di Marzio reported late last week that Monday was going to be the day that Mandragora was the day the medical would go down. And what do you know?! Yes, Juventus' first signing of the winter transfer window is officially in Turin. Mandragora, who has been rumored to be moving to Juventus for the better part of the last two weeks, is currently undergoing his medical examinations before finalizing the details of his reported €7 million transfer from Genoa.

Look closely at the picture in the tweet above and you'll see that bag young Rolando is holding a bag that has a Juventus logo on it. Wonder what's in there. Or maybe that's just being a little too nosey. We'll let the young man enjoy his day. It certainly has to be an exciting one for a kid who just made his Serie A debut last season (ironically against Juventus when he was with Genoa).

Let there soon be an announcement that Mandragora has signed that contract of his and then be sent right back on loan to Pescara. As much as his signing is a move for the future, his present-day standing obligations still involves helping Pescara try and earn promotion back into Serie A.

But hey, we're all one step closer to seeing Mandragora's picture on the Juventus website as he stands in front the medical clinic. And we're also one step closer to our first 'OFFICIALLY OFFICIAL' post since the final day of the summer transfer window. Sure hope this one works out a little better than that one has.
