Game Time Thread: Juventus vs. Borussia Dortmund

And today, the games returned to all of our lives.

Okay, so they might not count for anything in the standings or see Juventus play all that great, but the games are back, and now we have something else to discuss besides Julian Draxler's potential transfer fee. Juventus take on Borussia Dortmund in Switzerland to kick off the 2015-16 season. Or, better yet, to kick off the 2015 friendly season, because who doesn't like a mid-to-late-summer friendly on one of the last days in July?

As announced on Juventus' official website, Kwadwo Asamoah was not part of the 26-man traveling squad to Switzerland due to his continued rehab from last season's knee injury that saw him miss about half the 2014-15 campaign. But other than missing the one and only Mr. #BOH as well as Sami Khedira and Fernando Llorente, Allegri has pretty much everybody available to him who he could possibly have.

So now we watch this new-look Juventus for the first time in their brand new adidas jerseys. I, for one, will be more than happy to not talk about transfers for the better part of the next few hours as we watch the likes of Mario Mandzukic and Sami Khedira play in their first Juventus games. Who cares if it isn't the official debut for all the summer signings — there's a game to play, and not the one that involves trying to guess a certain player's transfer fee.

After all the transfer stuff we've heard about this summer — both the good along with the bad — that sounds pretty good, if you ask me.
