Game Time Thread: Juventus vs. Hellas Verona

In just a couple of hours, Juventus will be in the midst of the season finale. Well, kinda sorta season finale. There's a massive game seven days from now in the wonderful city of Berlin against a worthy opponent in Barcelona. Today, however, is just the last time Juventus will be playing a Serie A opponent for a couple months at the very minimum.

Yep, next time you see Juventus playing an Italian opponent, Paulo Dybala will be rocking a black and white adidas jersey, Arturo Vidal will probably have a couple more tattoos, and who knows what else the summer has in store.

(Hopefully it's a little less dramatic in certain aspects...)

But Juventus vs. Hellas Verona will be the final time Juve has the chance to extend their lead atop Serie A, the final time they have to score a ton of goals against a team that has Luca Toni on it this summer, and the final game minutes it has to play before the little matter of the Champions League final next weekend in Berlin.

We await to see just how much of a full-strength lineup Max Allegri fields at the Bentegodi.

We await to see just how many goals Carlos Tévez scores to overtake Luca Toni and win the scoring title.

We await the chance to see Juventus do Juventus things one final time in Serie A this season.

We await ... Simone Padoin?????

There are a lot of things to look forward to in the final game of the Serie A season. It may not mean much when it comes to the standings, but hey, having Juventus continuing to play entering the Champions League final is a rather good thing to have happen.

(Yeah, it would.)
