The common thread between Juventus' last few league opponents is pretty easy to figure out. You look at the table, move your eyes towards the bottom, and you'll see who Juventus has been playing in recent weeks.
They're not just in the bottom half, but teams that are hoping with all their might that they end up having a one-year stay in Italy's top flight and going right back to where they were last season — Serie B.
And while Sassuolo figure out how not to get relegated (might be a little late to finally do that, though), Juventus are just a few points away from celebrating a third straight Serie A title. With Roma's convincing 2-0 win over Milan on Friday night, Juventus will have to wait until — drum roll, please — May 5 for their first chance to clinch the Scudetto
There's just something about Cinco de Mayo, isn't there?

But first things first. And that's tonight's match against Sassuolo. Two completely different situations meeting on one field to play one game that will go 90 or so minutes.
With Juventus' second leg of the Europa League semifinals, might we have some major squad rotation for the first time in weeks? You know, the kind of deal where those who really haven't played at all in weeks actually do something other than sit on the bench and celebrate goals on the sidelines.
So you're telling me it's going to be a relegation battler against a Juventus side that quite possibly could field a reserve-filled starting lineup?
Ah, what fun we all could possibly have.
Starting lineups for both teams will be posted RIGHT HERE when they become available. We know there won't be Domenico Berardi. We know there won't be Arturo Vidal. We also know there will be Simone Padon. That sound you hear is the world rejoicing, people.
...
At least we'll get some Simone Zaza in our lives, right? So we've got that going for us, which is nice.
