Game Time Thread: Juventus vs. AC Milan

Valerio Pennicino

Over the past six games, Juventus and Milan have something in common. I'm telling the truth. Stop laughing because it's the truth. Don't believe me? Here's a picture.

See, photographic has proven what I've been trying to say — Juventus and Milan have the same amount of wins over the past six games, the same period since i Rossoneri turned to Seedorf to lead the club on the sidelines. That's the God's honest truth and I'm sticking to it.

There's one major difference, of course: Juventus are currently sitting atop the Serie A table with room to spare, Milan are trying to make some kind of move out of the druthers that are being a team with mid-table status in Italy. Their recent stretch under Seedorf has helped, but they're still 10th in the league entering the weekend. Not exactly where mom and dad's Milan used to hang out at, right?

Bingo.

Juventus' final trip to the San Siro of the season will be the biggest test that Seedorf has faced in his extremely young managerial career. Well, maybe domestically. I'm going to assume that quite a few Atletico Madrid fans have something to say about that considering they just knocked Milan out of the Champions League.

That begs one question: Will Juventus get the pissed off Milan or the disappointed Milan following what happened midweek in Spain?I guess that's why they play the game, ladies and gents.
