Game Time Thread: Juventus vs. Lazio

In unison they cried from the heavens, "JUVENTUS BACK! JUVENTUS BACK!"

It's been two weeks since Juventus last took the field. And on that day at Juventus Stadium, Max Allegri's squad exploded for seven goals against a shellshocked Parma side, going into the international with as much wind in their sails as humanly possible at the time. Now we finally have our chance to see what and how Juventus will do in the game following the absolute dismantling of Juve's prosciutto-loving friends to the east.

Aided by their seven goals against Parma, we knew Juventus would be atop the Serie A scoring chart. But do you know who's second? Well, that would be tonight's opponent, Lazio. And with four wins in their last six games, Lazio find themselves even on points with Genoa and in fifth in the Serie A table.

Not a bad test to see if Juve are truly back on the right path — especially with it being away from home and an incredibly important Champions League match hanging for all can see a few days from now. If Allegri's squad really does want to continue the positive momentum going from the pre-international break results, then now would be a good time to do it.

So, in short, you should be happy Juventus — and all of Serie A — is back. Well, as long as Juventus wins, of course.

Lineups will be posted RIGHT HERE when they become available. Will Simone Padoin start at left back once again? Yes, the question on each and every one of our minds will officially be answered. (Hint: He will because Juventus don't have anybody else to play left back right now, so there you go.)
