We meet again, old friend.
Juventus and Roma for the second time in a little over two weeks. But it's obviously not to do with the Serie A title. Nah, we've already seen what happens when Roma came to Juventus Stadium. That was fun, by the way. This time, though, it's Juventus and Roma in the quarterfinals in the Coppa Italia. You know, the other competition that has taken up some of Antonio Conte's attention lately.
Instead of Stadio Juventus, we're rolling out to the Stadio Olimpico in Rome. It's not so bad, outside of the fact that there will be a whole lot more Roma supporters in the stands compared to a couple weeks back in Turin.
But Conte says this: Who the hell cares?
Or at least that's what I'm assuming he'll have going through his head.
The quest for the sliver star rolls on, with a stop in the Italian capital along the way. So what you say? Ready for another Juve-Roma tilt in the span of 16 days? (Don't answer that if you think you might have heart palpitations at some point.)
Let's just hope Sebastian Giovinco doesn't have a repeat of the last time Juve played Roma at the Olimpico.
Yeah, not so good.
If you're in the mood for some squad rotation, then I think this very well be the game for you. You never know, though, it is Juventus vs. Roma after all...
