Game Time Thread: Juventus vs. Roma

Valerio Pennicino

Heigh-ho, heigh-ho it's back to Serie A we go. With guts returning from suspension and a few lingering injuries, it's off o Rome we go.

Now that I'm done singing for you all, here's what's really going on.

Roma, new coach and all, 'welcome' Juventus to the Stadio Olimpico, a matchup that has actually been quite one-sided in recent memory. I know, hard to believe, but it's true. And with Roma in complete shambles right now, it's pretty good timing to head to Rome and try to claim three points for the third straight weekend.

Eh, enough about stats. Let's just pay attention to the present, shall we? Yeah, sounds like a fantastic idea to me.

So now we just wait and see whether Juventus can keep the good vibes going. And who doesn't like to beat Roma in front of their home crowd? Exactly. What a fun day it could be!

Lineups will be posted HERE when they become available. I'm going to go out on a limb and say Gianluigi Buffon is starting in goal tonight. I just have a hunch about it. Boy, I hope I'm right!
