Well, the winter break is here, meaning we'll have to go til January 8, when we face Lecce away at another godforsaken midday kickoff (that's 9:00 a.m. for me here stateside). The good news is that for the past several seasons, the winter champion went onto win the S-word. The bad news is, Milan are co-winter champions after a disappointing yet heartening draw against Udinese. We can at least take away that with that draw we are the first team all season long to leave Udine with even a single point.
Anyway, it's Christmas Eve, and for all of you who celebrate, I'd like to wish a very merry Christmas, happy Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or whatever it is that you celebrate, and/or a very happy, healthy New Year from all of us here at the Juventus Offside.
And I just couldn't let this Holiday season pass without posting this silly little video (note- I'm having trouble with embedding videos again, so click here if it's not showing up). Happy holidays from Juventus too. Except from Antonio Conte. He clearly does not want to be there.
