The base of this is a Gazzetta article from two years ago, combined with me wasting time hunting down news about renewals and extensions to update it to today.
The contract end date is listed first, and then the salary. The contract end dates are all completely official, the salaries marked with (est.) means their estimated salary based on rumors and my personal guess, all others had mostly-official sources.
